Bullet Journal Life

March Bullet Journal Spread for 2019

March 1, 2019

Happy March! Is it just me or did the month of February FLEW by?? But new month = new bullet journal spread. For this month, I wanted my Instagram followers to partake in the outcome so a week ago, I put some polls on my stories. My followers end up choosing color over black and white, minimalist over doodles, a mood chart as well as a separate sleep tracker, inclusion of a quote and a line a day sort of page. This is the end result of my march bullet journal spread:

Monthly Overview

Making this page as minimalistic as possible while adding color, I didn’t draw my usual boxes and instead opted for fewer lines. I like to keep my monthly goals in one place so I can return back to remind myself of them. This month, I am working on getting back into studying, building a consistent gym schedule and snacking less. Think of a goal you want to work on this month!

Trackers

As you may know, I love this section! I created calendar style habit trackers because I think they give more of a minimalistic touch. On the next page, I changed things up this month because the Instagram followers said so! Instead of individual pictures, I have a graph style tracker integrated into my sleep tracker so they can be in one place.

As usual, I have my monthly expenses but I also did a different setup to make it look cleaner. I put my bills on the top to differentiate those expenses from the ones that happen throughout the month based on the day.

Next, I created a study tracker so I can outline my progress throughout the month and so I can stay on top of my goals. I can look back on this one day and see where I started with everything! One important part is that I outlined GOALS that I wanted to achieve throughout each part of my life which is sooo important to help us to continuously move forward.

Monthly Reflection

I do this every month where I dedicate a page just to come back to at the end of the month to reflect on different areas of my life. It’s been amazing to look back on different pars of my life each month and see how I felt at different stages of my life. I highly recommend doing this for yourself!

Weekly Spreads

This month’s weekly spread is inspired by AmandaRachLee on Youtube and Instagram. Her calligraphy and creativity is out of this world. For AMAZING bullet journal inspo, I would recommend checking her spreads out too.

She had cut her pages in half for the actual days and leave the sides as a static place to refer to every week. This makes it so much easier to dedicate each day’s section to events/tasks specifically to that day.

I also found this quote that I loved for this month to add to the empty page. I am still not completely comfortable with my handwriting so this was a good chance for me to practice and to just have fun! The quote states “we all have bad days, but one thing is true, no cloud is so dark that the sun cannot shine through”.

And lastly, I have pages at the end dedicated to “a gratitude a day”….inspired by the whole day of “one line a day” but instead of focusing on the negatives, I wanted to focus on as much of the positives as I can.
