OOTD: Spring Uniform

If I say it enough times, maybe the weather will stop playing tricks on me and actually stay on spring weather! Yesterday I shared a post on tips to help you spring clean and today I wanted too share an ootd that is going to be my new spring uniform…and probably the entire summer, too! 

I have been getting so many new pieces to add to my wardrobe because of the new season and I have solely focused on getting pieces that are more versatile and work across all seasons. I also am HUGE on making sure that I always invest in pieces that I can keep for a long time. Annnndd I am a huge believer that we need to learn how to recycle and fall back in love with the items we already have in our closets. So this spring uniform is comprised of all of these elements. The perfect blend of versatile, comfy and a mix of old and new. 

You’ve all seen these jeans for a while now. I have had them for the past 2-3 years and they are so COZY. You know that one pair of denim where you gravitate towards because over time they have started to fit you like a glove? These boyfriend distressed jeans have been with me for so long. I naturally reach for them in the warmer months – I love how you can dress them casually or pair them up with a cute pair of sandals. And every girl needs a good black bodysuit in their collection. They are the epitome of versatility! Lastly, can we talk about these clogs….I took a leap of faith with them and have LOVED them! I posted a photo of them on Instagram and it seems like so many other people also think they are so cute! They are great for the upcoming warmer months and can instantly make an outfit cuter!
