Happy December! We are on the last stretch of 2019, which means it’s once again time for a bujo post. Today, I am sharing all the details to my December Bullet Journal Spread, hoping it can spark some inspiration into your creative souls! Remember, this is not as hard as it can look at times and everyone can do it.
Monthly Spread

The list format is something that works better for my organization compared to the grid view. I placed all of the dates at the top for December and then divided up the rest into two sections: personal and blog. On the left, personal items can be anything I do in my life from bills, hanging out with friends or important dates. On the right is my blog section for everthing related to blogging, Instagram and/or events.
December Bucket List + Gifts Checklist

Instead of a bucket list of activities this month, I changed it up with a bucket list of movies! These are some classic films on here that I like to check off every holiday season such as Elf, but then there are classics that I have never seen before like The Holiday and Love Actually (I know I know, don’t kill me!). I am a HUGE lover of all the cheesy Christmas films and they’re my favorite part of this time.
Then on the bottom, I have sections for the gifts that I have to buy for my family and Alex. Whether they are ideas or concrete things I’ve decided on purchasing, this makes sure I don’t go too crazy during this time and so I can be organized with everything. I love shopping for other people and this keeps me in check!
Expenses Tracker

This is the most needed for this month with Christmas ahah – but I love my tracker to keep me organized with my spending and to hone in on budgeting goals. Seeing all of my expenses in one place each month really sets the pace for how I want the following month to look like.
Habits + Mood Trackers

A simple setup and one that actually works best for me. The grid-like calendar setup makes it easier to come in every day to mark off things that I have achieved. This month I want to stay strong on the workout and drinking enough water sectors!
I had so much fun being a little bit more creative with my mood tracker this month! I attempted to incorporate all of the holiday features in as I can from candy canes to Santa hats. Of course since I am not the best artist, I stuck with easy to draw things like these, but I ended up loving the result!
Weekly Spreads

I bought these lil’ stickers from the dollar section at Target (that section also always gets me) and I had to put them to use. They are so cute and matches my theme perfectly. I also had to incorporate the most common quote during this time “ ’tis the most wonderful time of the year” as the header…I told ya I liked cheesy! I’ve never tried this layout before, but I have been liking it so far because it’s super easy to set up each week and I have a lot of room for notes.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This is the last bullet journal spread for 2019! I hope you enjoyed walking through my December Bullet Journal with me…the next bujo post is going to be my setup for 2020 – crazy! I would love to see your spreads and can’t wait to see all the creative things you are able to come up with. December is always the month where I spend a lot of time reminiscing about the good and bad moments of the year. The self-reflection and how I want to combat the next year always starts in this month. And it can get hard during the holiday season to think about all the downs, so this month, I wanted to focus on a really happy spread to remind myself to enjoy the final month of this year. I hope this can also be a reminder to you as well.
